Processing time

In-stock items shipped by Glassbound Ink are packed and shipped within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and destinations

Handmade items shipped by Glassbound Ink are currently available for delivery within the United States only. Standard shipping uses calculated USPS Ground Advantage rates shown at checkout. Qualifying orders of $70 or more receive free standard shipping for items in our general shipping profile. Made-to-order and print-on-demand items may ship separately and have different processing times or shipping charges, as shown at checkout or in the product listing.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by service and destination. USPS Ground Advantage shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 10 days or longer after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays may occur. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact lori@glassboundink.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
